It will be illegal to buy ICE vehicles in Europe from 2030 so it is hardly surprising, but what is the date of that VW announcement coming into effect. As I understand , they are not going to introduce any new models but will runout current models til 2030. Of course the Osborne effect will mean they will sell bugger all after about 2007 anyway. Any thinking person would buy an EV well before, once the MMB hits the market. Hopefully soon. Feral
