November ISM is expected to come in around 38.4. To put how low this is in perspective there has not been a sub 38.3 since August '82, Last months was 38.9 and many old tim eeconomists thoguht this was so low there must have been a mistake.
For what it is worth I am entering long Dow at 8640. If this number bumps up a little there is huge upside today. If it lets us down I thing the market is expecting bad news.
