Well they are issuing options to consultants for various tasks so to me that is very astute as the consultants not only need to perform the share price needs to go higher than the conversion price of the options PLUS the consultants then need to PAY HCT money to convert their options to realise any profits by selling shares.

Great for HCT as it preserves capital plus makes the consultants work very hard to ensure their jobs are done successfully and not to mention additional cash to HCT before the consultants can cash in their options/shares
