On a positive note this fixes the short term funding requirements of the business and increases the alignment of the Thai vendor.
On the other hand the Thai vendor was public enemy #1 last year and the individual all shareholders, including myself, wanted pursued in Singapore arbitration to the fullest extent. Is this really the guy minority shareholders want to be in bed with?
