If that were the case then Mesoblast made the wrong choice of indication to chase then didn't they. Sorry but I view your position as worse than bankrupt.
The first study was never about proof of efficacy, it was only ever there to guide the study design for the Phase 3 trial. Remember it stopped at 12 people, never went to 50 as it could have.
