provides short term certainty. We know management has a plan to beat the Beppa conversion, hence making it a non-issue. Personally, I would like to see I restructured BNB survive long-term, if only for the shareholders sake.
I believe its our Lehmann Brothers. Unlike the US (who let Lehmann fail), I feel alot of confidence can be returned to the market through a structured survival of BNB.
