The timeline of events, the non disclosures, none of it passes the smell test. Maybe in previous times but not in the current environment and the mood of the ASX to put a stop to dodgy companies means this is won't be reinstated for some time.
It's very simple, the ASX does not want any more investors putting money into these companies and potentially doing their dough. Too many investors blew up their savings in 2 bit companies in the last 2-3 years. The list of suspended stocks is getting longer.
