The Writing Diarrhoea (TWD) lot - writing things as they seem to feel others are eagerly waiting to see their views. Fear of not being heard I guess! They dont want to miss out on action. They don't realise that sometimes silence is golden. They just cant keep quiet. They have to say something whether relevant or not. Muddying the waters!
