Well the market is pricing in the mother of all recessions but so far we have unemployment hovering near record lows, house prices hovering near record highs, interest rates coming down, petrol prices coming down, inflation coming down, and yet to record a quarter of negative growth after 16 years.

We better hurry up and collapse or we may miss our opportunity before the rest of the world starts to recover.
