No 2 options equal 1 share if you accept offer. Then
they are halving the number of shares.
EG. have 100000 shares accept offer now have 50000
people telecom shares now they halve the number of
shares and bingo you have 25000 shares. There is
something in ann about shares re 20 cents. This will
make it possible. I think thats what he meant. If people
decide to keep options after merger this will push price
higher.
