Either way it is a known gamble so no biggie. I can see both sides of the argument as it still looks a little too good to be true without any apparent in human results as yet, other than the recent news if the dr who gave it a try with no Ill effects, although that would only reflect a healthy human outcome anyway, rather than phase 2 type treatment of actual infection. if we are on track and it is real then one would expect mr Melrose to place his shares with one of these investment groups that are apparently becoming interested I would have thought, otherwise why resign. I guess whatever happens at the moment his gains are only on paper until he cashes in and he was in a similar position with previous company but didnt sell then. Will this be different?
