shares issue ( more than well deserved) were based contractually on past and recent performance - not future
i reckon hes still entitled to future sp performance too
well deserved and i reckon less than hes due
read the ann report details
modest i reckon given that at several stages he put up his own personal funds to keep operations going
for years
thats personal commitment and belief
i have absorbed that now too
