    Thanks for the confirmation Mozart.

I would imagine you could put almost anything in a resolution and it would likely get up.
Also, I suspect most people dont read their proxy forms as this was hidden at the 2nd level of resolution explanation.
Crazy, considering we live in an era when the directors/execs rip off the shareholders blatantly. (generalization of course)

Having said this, most do a great job and are critical to the company's prospects, but IMHO they should share the spoils/pain on the upside/downside, rather than just getting an upside and worst case they dont get incentive shares, meanwhile the shareholders stand to lose the lot.
There sure are some incestuous/self interested relationships among some of some of these smaller companies boards.....

If there is one thing out of the GFC I'd like to see, its a backlash against the greedy few, but it didnt happen after Enron, so I have my doubts.
As a shareholder though, keep reading those proxies and say your bit at the AGM's. It's our only chance of changing things from the inside.

    Sorry, enough of my rant.
Having said all this, I'm otherwise very impressed with
the moves the BRM board have made, but this kind of move does make me wonder what else is shonky that we dont know about. I'm seriously reconsidering my shareholding with BRM.
