It maybe an overreach and not ideal with the court case pending but ISX did sign up to play by these rules.
They got the benefit of millions of dollars from
investors under these rules and now, apparently that the rules are not a benefit to them they say it's not fair and not right.
Again I like everybody here want ISX to relist but am finding it hard to keep the faith with this company
