Is the last part an excerpt of what ISX said? Is it their interpretation?
If It was my business I'd hope I would never find myself being investigated by ASIC. If I was I would hope that that the process would be fair and I would hope I would be 100% transparent with everything. Then again if I was being investigated and was suspended being not 100% transparent and correct would most likely be the reason for it.
I don't have shares in 100's of companies so would be interested to know if this type of thing has happened where a listed company has taken ASX to court to be relisted and accused them of all sorts terrible behaviour.
