I'm working to try and recover the lost doe that I've put into this company so didn't see any point in attending the AGM. Attending AGM's is way overrated esp. when we have board members resigning the day after they got voted in.

I would think VA is pretty much upon us now and this is the reason for Bob pulling the pin. Either way, BRT's share price is set to go under 1c by the end of this week.
