Further to a poster's query re Vein 13 :

"All of these veins are in the boundary of the historic mine I believe. I don't know where Vein 13 is specifically. A general comment is that grades in these types of veins don't decay much with depth so I agree with the notion of drill deep. Because we are talking about veins, the widths are really narrow so the only way to add tonnes and thus gold to the resource base is to show incredible vertical (or along-plunge) continuity since they are usually pretty restricted along strike. So to me that is probably the goal of the drilling they are doing now is take all of the veins that don't have mid-range to deep intersections and color in some unexplored sections.

For example the depth continuity is what makes the "ledge" systems in the Homestake mine in the Black Hills so extraordinary. The Main Ledge ore was mined continuously for 2.8 km vertically and 6 km down-plunge and produced 18.3 million ounces @ 8.4 g/t.

When talking about the "y" region, it encompasses more of the "walk up" targets they show in their presentation southwest of the Pickle Crow mine such as the Springer shaft. Notice how shallow those intersections are, 15 to 16 meters below surface. And I think this is in a good spot."
