I don't think it will matter whether he releases them or not. When it comes time to vote, Americans will not put a man with such seriously compromised mental faculties into the White House.
There is a certain amount of national pride at stake. A cousin living in Orlando Fl. puts it this way. She's not a Trump supporter, so he won't be getting her vote and since she won't help to make her country a laughing stock, she won't vote for Biden. Simply, she won't be voting.
So, assuming that it's a Trump/Biden face off, there's a real possibility of Trump winning because Democrat voters can't bring themselves to vote for someone who is so obviously moving deep into dementia. Simply, they won't vote.
