There is alot to like about PNA but the thing in this climate that I think should be pointed out is that they have a pretty high debt to Market cap ratio. I was reading in the Eureka Report today that they have a ratio of 73% (as of yesterday it is almost 90%).
Does anyone have any idea about the term of the debt?
From a share price aspect they look like a good buy now but after what happened to OZ Minerals, this much debt looks like a bad thing to keep in the closet.
I am not a small cap investor usually but this caught my eye. Any opinions?
