Maybe its VWAP manipulation for CR by the lead broker.
Maybe its slow buying by some peeps in the know and doing it slowly and carefully.
It is certainly not based on knowledge that the mining amendment has been approved and the finance has been approved. Other ways the efficient market hypotheses is broken
