@Spurple what I am getting at is currently Lonza have a least 2 sites that I know of that have produced MLC, one in Singapore and one in the US, it supplied Tigenix, but not in high volume. It all depends on what has transpired over the past few months and is there any unused capacity of the correct spec.
Mesoblast and Lonza go back to 2011 in terms of agreements if I recall correctly, most recently updated in the past year or so, I suspect they began having discussions as soon as Mesoblast found out how COVID-19 kills most people, Cytokine storms and ARDS, or as I put it, their ears pricked up.
