Buying equipment to use as it is intended to be used is legal - especially when you purchase a licence to use the product- buying equipment and reverse engineering it, and then selling the copied product as your own product is intelectual property theft - and has been the Chinese modus operandi- they are cheats and thieves - but to be fair to them they have been used - by Western Globalists who are more interested in profit than social harmony in between nation and peoples.
