At these prices, VPG is unlikely to be on the institutional radar, except for small cap managers. However, they are suffering redemptions generally, thus not much cash around for them to invest either.

I can't see a circuit breaker for the ongoing drift lower, other than asset sales (which I expect are a while off as they don't need to raise cash in 2009) or a takeover. Thus, expect it to be a long haul for holders.
