In context what he wrote is correct. It’s also correct that my correspondence went unanswered. I highly doubt they would answer my questions over the phone if they wouldn’t by email.

I think if you re-read what he wrote, it’s not actually unreasonable given it was in response to someone implying ‘they have big plans you just wait’

No need to wait, they have broadly outlined their big plans? Or do you mean they told you big plans not yet outlined - which is what Buddy was getting at.
