PickEm...alot of what you wrote has gone over my head but I will surely re-read as the whole write up is so focused, intense and interesting.

I would however like to focus on a comment you provided purely from a personal point of view and that was:

"The Moffitt Cancer Centre in the US ran an adaptive therapies metastatic prostate trial which is now complete and being written-up. The released results will not disappoint because the interim results were so spectacular."

Could you elaborate a little more on where to find the results once released as I am vitally/personally interested in any positive cancer (prostate specific) developments. It has been going through my mind for some time that perhaps MPL and its mTOR inhibitor (hopefully that's noted in the right contact) could halt the growth of metastatic prostate cancer?
