corps Law is irrelevant. All assets, ownership, control everything is in China - they're sure as hell not going to enforce it. They will just ignore whatever Aus regulators have to say about a tiny bunch of minority shareholders in Australia. how could any rights be enforced? Disgraceful practice, don't know what these slimy Chinese companies are trying to achieve when they do this (this practice has occurred quite a few times in my observation). Just absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
