There was a lot of discussion about CDX "tweaking" the Inheath investment / relationship, and this announcement appears to be a sensible move.
There was no real need for CDX to own a majority shareholding in Inhealth, and this should free up some cash to focus on the bigger prizes.
Good to hear that Inhealth has reached a cash flow neutral position, and it would now also be nice if they can raise some funds at a high valuation - especially given the massive interest in Telehealth at the moment.
