It would have been a much easier sell at $10++ back in January compared to a sell today wouldn't it? There was a lot more hype back then.
I wouldn't argue the prospect of a CR, but the details/terms of negotiation of the latest $100m contract isn't out yet. What are the chances of an advance payment or just an advanced deposit?
