on the Commsec off market transfer form (at least), digital signatures are not accepted. Perhaps physical signatures are required and even scanned copies would not be acceptable. I know at my work we had issues with international couriers for ages, and even now from personal experience post cannot be sent from some places in Europe to Australia. Find something else to worry about, other than a transfer of shares from one party to another.
