    I'm not sure what plans SFR has but if they were smart then they would try to negotiate an earn-in JV deal on one of the mine projects. No way they will be able to out-bid competitors for 100% ownership in a bidding war.

    At least with an earn-JV, they can retain part ownership of one of the mines. Better than losing everything in a bidding war.
