It's actually a pretty good idea bringing it up with the ACCC if they are serious about transparent markets but maybe not glamorous enough for Fels, he likes to be the Elliot Ness busting down oil company doors with sledgehammers, etc. They still haven't come up with anything following that public relations stunt as far as I am aware.
