My understanding is that the contracts are at firm prices and are under the conditions of 'Take it or pay for it" No problems here. That is why, IMHO, that the customers are quite happy to have the start fo the contract dates to be pushed back pending full plant productivity. This allows them to buy the current 40TJpd at spot prices which are quite a bit lower than the contract prices. My recollection is that the contract prices average out at around $8.5 per Gjoule. Also the delay to the start of the contract period pushes the entire contract out by the delay, it doesn't shorten the contract period, DYOR
