tastarga - reading between the lines on the possible rumour that a certain director would be margined out by shorters if TH not put in place.......... could this mean that OH's ill-gotten $8M has disappeared along with shareholders hard earned $'s?

If it were true that part of the reason for TH was to protect a director then I would be truly outraged.

From a different thread about OZL being something of a national icon - I think it's a matter of putting self interest over national interest......Guru if you're listening a lot of people are down a lot of money (including me) but I don't expect the government to rescue me from my own poor investment decisions. And believe me I want OZL to remain alive with PH intact but this is not a matter for either governments or a call to nationalism.
