You are extremely confident in your statements. I read it as someone in the know saying its wrong heres the facts. Interesting. (Am i close?)
1. You only query a bill if you think its high. Why would they be worried about the bill when 75% of the work is done? If this is the big pay day then this will be insignificant. Also AH have been dumped or told CHM to piss off either way you don't aggrivate a lawyer they will make life difficult until paid.
2. I don't beleive a deal has been done with the litigation funder. If it had CHM would be screaming it to who ever would listen. no matter how small the % left for CHM & its shareholders.
3. CHM are only fully funded if the litigation funder contract is signed.
4. My guess is you getting fed some bull from CHM themselves who still believe they are in play.
