I suggested to Peter Crosby announcing to the market that the executive team will take only 50% base salary with the rest as 10 Million shares in Ventracor which Ventracor can buy now and issue to them in two years time.

It is permitted under one of the sections in Corporations Act 2001.

No response after that. I believe Peter Crosby actually told others that he had not received a red cent from Ventracor last year. Asked to advertise the fact he clammed up.

Cannot substantiate his false claims.

I don't believe he or his team of executives are interested in such nonsense.
