It's always important to understand the purpose of a capital raise:

3 months ago the worry was that bad debt may pile up and APT may need to raise capital to protect itself.

3 months later we are all aware that bad debt has not changed, in fact has improved and transactions have gone through the roof, hence COVID-19 has accelerated growth.

3 months ago the concern was a capital raising to protect APT, 3 months later we are raising strategic capital to even further accelerate growth. Huge difference. In addition, raising capital at $8 and $62 is a huge difference! Almost a billion dollar raised with relatively small dilution is incredible.

This may gap up tomorrow. Let's wait and see.
