Surely you have to be asking yourself why the owner of the magic potion SKN is reliant on would give it up in return for less than 0.1% of the SKN company when SKN is more or less valueless without it. Surely they would have had the upperhand in any negotiations with SKN and not the other way around? The deal doesn't make any sense at all and you have to wonder what the real play was. In any case, all your ramping of a stock that has been suspended for about two months seems to be an act of futility at the moment. Enjoy your pizza.
