‘Story’ needs to be sold to SIs and the Market in general, won’t help if SB continues to dribble off their holdings, WHY wouldn’t they have been buying is a pertinent question.
These milestones still fail to be recognized by the Market despite a impending deal, it could perhaps be seen by some SIs as a red flag behind the scenes.
Perhaps a strong message would have been BOD buying on market ‘along’ with SB, opposite of that is seemingly in play, ..... these purchases right from when the last deal was signed.
