BKW also means you get access to a top notch industrial property portfolio while also receiving fully franked dividends whereas all property trusts are unfranked. I noticed that UBS upgraded BKW to a buy yesterday off the back of their industrial property portfolio so their slowly starting to get more attention for the things we've talked about on here for several years.
