Did you come up the river Clyde in a banana boat? your words were "any reason PCK is not seeing any growth in assessments"? That graph clearly shows the number of assessments increasing. So either you can't interpret a simple bar graph properly or you are another downramper with an alterior motive. At less than 60 posts I suspect the latter.
The growth is linear in nature. Not exponential that you seem to be looking for. Who from PainChek told you to expect exponential growth? I'll tell you. No one did. Because that would be absurd for the BOD to tell shareholders to expect exponential growth.
