Spec sector standard.

We need some positive news on a JV.
Said news will likely push the MC back over $100M M.C.

It’s almost that simple, at this point.

The biggest risk is management not being able to secure a deal before they need to raise money again .... this is where dilution starts to get ugly.


Fingers crossed, but I’m accumulating here and hoping by the end of the year we have news worthy of a triple digit MC.
