im actually over this country been waiting 16 months for a visa for my mrs. I Have had to travel every two weeks overseas to see her for the last 2.5 years, now I have not seen her in 7 months and they are refusing to let me leave the country to see her through exemption. So at what point do I have to start looking into legal actions to leave. I'm sure there has to be something in the Bill of rights in the constitution. Over it!
