I believe that the placement will take place. What you have to take into consideration is that the placement date was the 30th Nov, which was a Sunday. The shares have to be raised on the share registry, then money will need to be placed into bank accounts, this will all take time. Have spoken to Ross and he assures me that this is a done deal.
