He might be selling property to change his investment strategy and convert invested funds from property to shares ... hopefully LOM shares on the basis that the expected future return on investment (ROI) re LOM shares will be significantly higher (contrary to historical LOM shares ROI) than property the expected future ROI.
Under the circumstanrcs one can only speculate and dream about the future.
Over the years I have considered selling property to increase investment in LOM and luckily was confident enough to do so ... and just as well!!!!
