Volatility dummy is a measure of price movements in % terms and volume spikes - which ALL has bounced around in very violent % moves based upon annoucements and market sentiment - so my friend it is more relavent than youre sleeping at night snipe which was short sighted and has a 0% impact on anyone around here.
