john heugh said exactly the same thing about the reason for no ann from qgc about the pxa purchase and subsequent jv with ctp.

john's words were that big companies like qgc like to keep these things secret....and that legally at least an upfront investment of 18 million was no material for a coy of qgc's market cap, whereas it was for ctp.

nonetheless his ideas that qgc would want to be secretive here was quite intriguing! mind you that has been pretty much blown out of the water since both the speculator and the australian have written about it.
