KTE looks to me like a no brainer investment - effectively spending 50c to get $1.
It’s a tiny company which has 3 things: a holding in a nasdaq company worth more than its market cap, the worldwide license to use that companies tech in the solar industry and some oil and gas land.
ATOM Shares: $7.34m*
Cash: $458,000
Assets: $7.8m
Share price: $0.013
Shares: 300,657,151
Market cap: $3.9m
Enterprise value: -$3.9m
Buying here is like buying ATOM shares in the US at a 50% discount with the chance of a solar technology deal icing on top of the cake.
