As per the announcement on the 11/11/2008 ARR stated;
Under the proposed terms of the transaction with a US based company which is focused exclusively on providing a wide range of optical components to the fiber - optics telecommunications industry: Essentially all the assets of AOFR for a purchase price of approx. AUD$3M; An accelerated closing schedule of December 3r d , 2008.
Does anyone know if this date was changed? if not there should be announcement due or overdue, not sure on what there reporting time line to the ASX would be.
Any ideas who the purchaser could be? was thinking Texas instruments.
