TNG can buy as many suitable leases around...it's not price sensitive for that reason. PBs been good with the smoking gun but it all means nothing unless finance is sorted along with everything leading up to getting it.

Sounds like this will be our new divergence while waiting another few years.
Germanlad might be right we could be getting another CR sooner than we think.
I recall PB saying years back when we got a CRs that it would see us through to financing.
