Maybe, but they agreed the revenue split in the first instance. The reality is that they have sold very little of their own product. I can't remember if there was an end date for the deal originally but if not it seems they have traded short term income for an exit by ISS in 2 years time. My guess is that ISS will probably develop a competing product and try and take as many clients back with them as they can.

Wonder if the directors will hand back their free shares if/when most of the ISS clients leave?

Looks like all of the eggs are being put in the Faria basket now. Time will tell if this was the best strategy
